What is a level 3 facility?

A level 3 facility is where medium-security classified inmates will be held. As of right now, the Lloyd E. Rader Center only houses female offenders. The Lloyd E. Rader Center can house over 177 offenders.

The female offenders in the Lloyd E. Rader Center will have access to the following programs:

  • Adult Basic Education

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Programs

  • Narcotics Anonymous

  • Alcoholics Anonymous

  • Re-entry Program

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Sending mail to the Lloyd E. Rader Center is one privilege that an inmate has. An inmate can receive mail from their loved ones, and they can send mail to their loved ones.

Keep in mind that it may take a few extra days after your mail it to the facility for the inmate to get it. The mail is all opened and thoroughly checked for contraband prior to being distributed to inmates in the Lloyd E. Rader Center.

You are asked to put your return address on every envelope you will send to the Lloyd E. Rader Center.

Sending Money

You got the dreaded phone call that the inmate in Lloyd E. Rader Center needs money from you. You are wondering how in the world are you going to send them money and how much is this going to cost you.

Luckily you, you do not need to leave your house for this. You can handle all of the inmate’s money needs through JPay. JPay is an awesome tool that you will get very familiar with real soon.

You can deposit money using either your credit or debit card. However, using this service is NOT free, you will be charged a fee. The fee will also display before you complete your transaction.

Phone calls

Inmates are permitted to use the phones available to them in the common areas when they have free time. Inmates can make calls home and chat for 15-minute increments.

Inmates will not have privacy on these lines as these lines you.

Visitation

Before you can even think about visiting an inmate in the Lloyd E. Rader Center, you will be required to fill out the following form.

You will be required to wait until the inmate in the Lloyd E. Rader Center tells you that you’ve been approved to visit.

Visitation will be held on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm. If you arrive after 2 pm, you will not be permitted to visit.

You can arrive as early as 8:15 am to the Lloyd E. Rader Center.
