Please refrain from sending care packages. The Harmon County Jail does not permit you to send care packages to the facility.

Sending Money

When visiting an inmate, it is best to drop off a money order for the inmate as well. This money order will be put on the inmate’s books where the inmate can then transfer the money over to their Reliance Telephone System account or use in the commissary.

Phone calls

The days of having to pay for collect calls are over. Now the Harmon County Jail also gives the inmates the opportunity to use Reliance Telephone System.
