Sending a Mail/Care Package

Sending mail is a great way to stay in contact with an inmate in the North Pole County Jail. Sending mail is a more cost-effective way to stay in much-needed contact with the inmate.

Please refrain from sending care packages. The North Pole County Jail does not permit you to send care packages to the facility.

Sending Money

When visiting an inmate, it is best to drop off a money order for the inmate as well. This money order will be put on the inmate’s books where the inmate can then transfer the money over to their Reliance Telephone System account or use in the commissary.

Phone calls

The days of having to pay for collect calls are over. Now the North Pole County Jail also gives the inmates the opportunity to use Reliance Telephone System.

The Reliance Telephone System is a third-party that the North Pole County Jail contracts for their inmate phone service.

The Reliance Telephone System is more widely used as it can make calls to mobile phones, unlike collect calls.
